Dr. Neuman is an experienced, board certified orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Traumatology. Dr. Neuman is a native of Pittsburgh who completed his internship and orthopaedic residency at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia. He also completed an AO North American Orthopaedic Trauma fellowship at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson in Camden New Jersey, where he developed extensive skills and surgical techniques to treat and reconstruct complex orthopaedic injuries of bones and joints. After two years of experience at a level 1 trauma center as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Neuman and his family moved to Central Pennsylvania and entered General Orthopaedic practice.
During his many years of service to the patients of Berks County as a General Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Neuman has continued to apply his advanced surgical expertise to fracture management. He also utilizes state of the art surgical techniques in arthroscopy, joint reconstruction/replacement, tendon and ligament repairs and nerve decompression. His extensive experience includes non-surgical and surgical treatment of orthopaedic injuries and diseases of the upper extremity, hip, knee and ankle.
Currently Dr. Neuman resides in Lancaster with his wife and their two daughters. His outside interests include coaching soccer, bicycling, golf and time devoted to his family.
